Jacqueline Leier is a Consulting Actuary with Axene Health Partners, bringing nearly two decades of actuarial and healthcare experience across payer, consulting, and pharmacy benefit organizations.

Known for her collaborative spirit, problem-solving approach, and passion for driving sustainable value, Jacqueline is committed to delivering actionable insights that support long-term success in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

Prior to joining AHP, Jacqueline held senior roles at Prime Therapeutics, OptumInsight, and UnitedHealthcare. Her work has focused on Medicare bid pricing, commercial RFPs, and pharmacy strategy, with deep expertise in pharmacy trend analysis, manufacturer rebates, and pricing strategy. She has led cross-functional teams, supported enterprise transformation efforts, and improved operational efficiency across diverse business lines.

Jacqueline is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). She is also a certified Six Sigma Lean Black Belt and skilled in SAS, SQL, and VBA—tools she has integrated into advanced healthcare analytics throughout her career.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with an Actuarial Emphasis and a minor in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.

Jacqueline has received recognition for her leadership, including the Prime Therapeutics President’s Award and MVP honors from OptumInsight Payer Consulting. She is actively involved in her community and currently serves as Treasurer for a Parent Teacher Organization.
