Logan Schelly is an actuarial student in the Murrieta office of Axene Health Partners. He has a strong business and mathematical background from his time at BYU and with previous employers.

Logan is passionate about thinking outside the box and helping clients meet their goals through the insights in the data.  Logan is part of our employee benefits team and specializes in IBNR, experience reporting, and claim analysis. Logan also works on our data informatics team where he analyzes claims data, utilization, and unit costs.  His clients include a variety of companies including:

• Employer health benefit plan sponsors
• Brokers
• Health Plans
• Providers (medical groups, hospitals, health systems, ACOs)

• Programming in SAS, VBA, R and Python

Logan graduated from BYU’s Applied and Computational Mathematics Emphasis (ACME) program with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and a minor in computer science.  Logan is pursuing his Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries

He lives in Murrieta, CA and when he steps out from behind the computer, Logan enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. His favorite color is orange.
