Michael Gill has over 14 years experience in the software design & technology industry. His expertise includes web-based software applications, cloud architecture, and API integration systems.

In 2007 Michael founded Dynamic Vision Inc., a software development agency specializing in healthcare technology systems. As owner and CEO, Michael leads a team of professional designers, developers and IT architects. Dynamic Vision has built systems used by organizations such as Amerigroup, United Healthcare, and the Ohio Department of Medicaid. From 2013 to 2015 he served as CTO of Healthstar LLC, an Electronic Visit Verification company in Tennessee.

In 2013, Michael lead the design and development of the Electronic Visit Verification system for Healthstar, LLC. The HS EVV system combined the state mandated requirement in Tennessee with the day-to-day business management needs of the in-home health providers in the state. The HS EVV system uses GPS technology to allow providers to verify their visits, manage their caregiver schedules, and automatically generate claims for transmission to the health plans for payment. This system is now in use in Tennessee, Arizona, Iowa, and Delaware.

In 2015, Michael lead the design and development of a suite of clinical case management products for CareStar, Inc, to be used by the Ohio Department of Medicaid. This system handles the intake, assessment, and care plan generation of thousands of members needing care in the areas of home health, developmental disability, and other forms of long term care.

Michael lives in Georgia with his wife, Danielle and their 5 children.
