Ryan Bilton is an actuary in the Reno office of Axene Health Partners. He brings a background of traditional finance that offers unique insights to his clients. Prior to joining Axene Health Partners, Ryan was Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Ampaire, an electric aircraft company. As part of his Chief Financial Officer duties, he was responsible for developing proforma financials and airline operating models to demonstrate product value. Ryan also worked at BMO Harris bank in Chicago performing enterprise valuations for leveraged buyouts before starting Ampaire.

Ryan is passionate about improving efficiency within the healthcare system. He has extensive experience working with both providers and insurers to evaluate value-based care arrangements and has spoken at the Society of Actuaries annual health meeting about assessing an ACO’s performance. His clients include a variety of healthcare companies including:

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Wheaton College. Ryan is a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

He lives in Reno, Nevada and when he steps out from behind the computer, Ryan enjoys exercising, spending time with family, and churning homemade ice cream.
